Terms of Use

Tablée is a web application that generates personalized menu and recipe suggestions, manages a pantry inventory and a shopping list, based on the information you provide (profile, inventory, dietary restrictions).

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

• A 14-day free trial is offered when you create your account, with no credit card required to start.
• At the end of the trial, a paid subscription is required to keep using the full features.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
• Except in the event of an error on our part, amounts already paid are not refundable on a prorated basis for an ongoing period.

Menus, recipes and suggestions generated by AI are provided for guidance only. They may contain errors, misidentified ingredients or incomplete information.

Allergies and dietary restrictions: Tablée's dietary restriction filter relies on keyword detection in titles and ingredient lists. It is an aid, not a guarantee. If you or someone you are cooking for has an allergy or intolerance, you must always personally verify each ingredient and each label before eating a meal suggested by the application. Tablée cannot be held responsible for an allergic reaction or an incident related to AI-generated content.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access accounts that are not yours.
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without written authorization.

The Tablée software, design and brand belong to us. The content you create (your personalized recipes, your inventory, your notes) belongs to you — you simply grant us the license needed to host it and present it to you as part of the service.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Tablée is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to the use of the service.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms, after reasonable notice where the situation permits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may amend these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to you before they take effect. See also our privacy policy.
